Workplace Coaching

Your staff may face challenges within the workplace such as managing stress, dealing with pressure to meet deadlines, losing their motivation for their current role and as a result feel lost, stuck and not progressing their career.

As an independent coach to your company my role is to work with staff members in junior, senior, managerial or director positions for one to one or group coaching. Confidentiality will be maintained throughout the coaching process and the individual within the company can express their thoughts and feelings within a safe and supporting environment without any judgements being made.

The purpose of the coaching session for your staff is to allow them to gain new insights about themselves, work on both their personal and professional development and how to progress their career if it is in their current role or looking at a promotion within your company.
