Assertiveness Communication Coaching

The purpose of an assertiveness communication and confidence building session is to provide you with the tools and techniques to allow you to feel more confident in your decision making and how you interact with people in both your personal and professional life.

Expressing and communicating how you feel may feel daunting and overwhelming when dealing with dominant individuals in your personal life or workplace. You may feel anxious and nervous dealing with those individuals that are causing you difficulty. You may feel angry and annoyed that you are not being treated fairly and no longer want to put up with it. You might feel like a people pleaser and might feel resentful towards these individuals for not respecting you afterwards.

You might lack confidence in trusting yourself in pursuing your goals and living the life that you want. You could be filled with self-doubt and fear can be holding you back. You feel that you have more potential within you and that your not sure how to go about your next steps. With some support, help and guidance you feel that you will become more confident in yourself.

As an Assertive Communication and Confidence Building Coach, we will look at your current situation, identify the triggers that cause your feelings and understand what you are experiencing internally and look at how you can express clearly how you feel with assertive communication without engaging in conflict and confrontation.

You will be equipped with tools to help with your assertive communication and have a plan to deal with the difficult situations when they do arise.
